The Customers not happy with the products can claim refund of the money paid within 30days from the date of invoice. Customer has to raise a pick-up request _____. Rs.200/- shall be deducted as Shipping Charges. No refunds shall be entertained thereafter.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
1. Used Products
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, the return request to be raised within the time allowed along with the invoice reference.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeline, Please check your bank account first and then raise a query on our site.
Sale items
Products of regular price are eligible for refund. Products purchased during the sale period as offers / discounted price will not be eligible for refund
Exchanges
1. The customer has the right to cancel / exchange the order with in 7 days from the date of placing an order or purchase of goods which ever is earlier.
2. On receipt of the revised order form & difference of the order amount from the customer, AMC shall deliver the goods with in 7 working days.
3. The Customer has to return the goods purchased in saleable condition, which means unused and without any scratches on the product.
4. The Customer shall be eligible to cancel the order and to receive a refund only after return of the goods purchased in saleable condition. In this case, the amount eligible for refund will be less the GST amount already charged & paid to government authorities, delivery charges, order cancellation charges of Rs.1,000/- & other administrative charges.
