1. AMC Reserves the right to revise the price of its products, from time to time.
2. AMC reserves its right to accept or reject the order entirely at its own discretion, if the price mentioned in the order
form does not confirm with the prevailing price list.
3. AMC shall be entitled to suspend / cancel or reject the order/delivery in any event or circumstances arising beyond its
control.
4. These terms and conditions of sale are subject to change without prior notice at anytime, at AMC‘s sole discretion.
5. The terms and condition of sale shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of law at Bangalore shall have
exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement
